Who We Are
TRISHA BAUER
Design Specialist/Sales Consultant/Estimator
The daughter of Mark Bauer, Trisha made her start at Tri-County Lumber in January, 2001. Over the years she has developed a large customer base and specializes in interior design by coordinating projects including window treatments, paint colors, flooring of all kinds, tile showers, bathrooms, kitchen countertops and cabinets. Trisha lives in Jefferson with her golden retriever, Dutton.
DERRIK BAUER
Design Specialist/Sales Consultant/Estimator
Derrik is the son of Mark Bauer. He began his career in high school, working part time in the yard at Tri-County in 1995. He joined the team full time in May, 2002. He is a very talented home/building designer who specializes in beautiful 3-D renderings. He can assist you from start to finish on the project of your dreams. With both residential and commercial experience, Derrik is a well-rounded, valuable employee at Tri-County Lumber. Derrik and his family reside just outside of Jefferson.

Kay Higgins - Bookkeeping/Inventory Control
Kay has been part of the Tri-County family since March, 1992. Besides keeping our office organized, she answers customer calls and works the front counter in sales.

Rich Consier - Yard Customer Service/Delivery
Rich has been working at Tri-County since March, 2002. He takes care of our customers out in the yard by loading up their materials and by getting our trucks loaded and ready for delivery. Rich and his family live in rural Churdan.
Don Meiners - Sales Consultant/Estimator
Don began his time at Tri-County in May, 2014. He brings us a lifetime of building materials knowledge and experience. He and his wife Joyce live near Coon Rapids and spend much of their free time with their adult children and grandchildren.

Melinda loves to spend her free time on creative projects when she's not crunching numbers for us at the store.

Randy Blair - Sales Consultant/Problem Solver
Randy has experience in just about every aspect of our business, both hands on and as an estimator. He is hard working and comes in every day with a smile on his face.
Craig Johnson - Yard Customer Service
When loading your materials up in the yard, there's a good chance that Craig will be the one to help you. Always in a good mood and a friend to everyone, he's a great asset to our company.
Jeremy Cartwright - Sales Consultant/Estimator
Jeremy is keeping busy at the store by helping customers at the counter and working diligently on material quotes for the rest of us. We really appreciate his eagerness to learn and positive outlook on life.

Brad Feld - Yard Customer Service/Delivery
Brad keeps us on our toes with his infectious laugh and positive personality. He works outside helping customers load their orders or by running deliveries.
